**Job Title: R Clerk - MSI Packing** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented receiver Clerk to join our MSI Packing department. The role is crucial in supporting our Q4 Burst ramp, requiring commitment and eagerness to meet customer KPIs. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable working autonomously. **Responsibilities** + Operate pallet jack and pallet wrapping machine efficiently. + Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for daily tasks. + Perform basic data entry and navigate computer applications such as MS Office. + Maintain accurate and organized records. + Work independently and demonstrate thoroughness in task completion. + Handle lifting, kitting, and taping of boxes, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. + Adapt to a fast-paced work environment. **Essential Skills** + Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS). + Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office. + Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to commit fully to work schedules, especially during peak periods. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a structured pay increase system, starting with a 50-cent raise once hired on permanently, followed by a 10-cent increase every month, totaling $1.20 extra per hour annually. **Work Environment** The work environment is clean and climate-controlled, ensuring comfort throughout your shift. The mid-shift hours are from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Adherence to the CTDI Attendance Policy is essential. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lewisville, TX. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
