### About the Opportunity
We are seeking three talented Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to join our team on a contract basis. These roles are fully remote and offer the chance to make a significant impact on our AML program and risk framework within the financial/banking sector. The ideal candidates will have deep expertise in AML, strong communication skills, and a robust background in financial services.

### Key Responsibilities
- KYC, Transaction Monitoring, & Risk Assessment Design:
Lead and contribute to the design and documentation of AML customer risk assessment methodologies, including rationale for criteria and scoring, especially for high-risk categories.
- Procedure & Documentation:
Create detailed onboarding and ongoing monitoring procedure manuals for the new customer model, including due diligence processes.
- Validation & Testing:
Develop and execute validation programs for periodic testing of platforms (e.g., Fenergo, D&B, World-Check One, internal integrations).
- Change Management:
Prepare change memos, document post-migration results, and perform risk assessments.
- Process Mapping & Project Support:
Assist with detailed process mapping. Support project planning and workstreams as needed.

### Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in AML/KYC, transaction monitoring, and risk assessment within the financial or banking industry.
- Proven expertise in designing AML customer risk assessment methodologies and documentation.
- Experience with platforms such as Fenergo, D&B, World-Check One (WCO) , and internal data integrations.
- Strong documentation and process mapping skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Previous experience supporting change management and post-migration risk assessments is highly desirable.

### Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as an AML SME in major financial institutions or consulting firms.
- Experience developing and validating compliance/testing programs.
- Manager-level applicants should have experience leading AML teams or projects.
