About the Role

This position supports the daily financial and administrative operations of American Rental. You’ll handle core bookkeeping tasks. We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys being part of a positive, team-first workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and accurate records
• Assist with accounts payable/receivable processes
• Complete bank/credit card reconciliations and basic reporting
• Work with management and outside partners (accountant) as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in bookkeeping in a business setting
• Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and time management
• Comfortable working in QuickBooks Online and learning new systems
• Professional communication and a steady, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• QuickBooks Online experience
• Experience working in a small business environment
