Compensation & Schedule
• $25/hr
Part Time - 30 hours a week
• Monday – Friday, 9am–4pm (6-hour days)
• W2 | Temporary Assignment through January 2026
ROLE IMPACT
The Bookkeeper will support accurate financial operations by reconciling multiple accounts through the end of 2025. This role ensures transaction integrity across savings, checking, and credit card accounts, supporting clean financial records for year-end reporting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform thorough account reconciliations for multiple checking, savings, and credit card accounts
• Accurately categorize income and expense entries in QuickBooks
• Identify and correct miscategorized transactions to ensure reporting accuracy
• Maintain updated financial records to support tax and audit readiness
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• QuickBooks Online Certification required
• 2+ years’ bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of income/expense categorization
• Proven ability to detect and resolve financial discrepancies
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• QuickBooks Online
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
• Microsoft Excel
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience with year-end financial preparation
• Familiarity with multi-account reconciliation processes
• Prior work in small business or contract environments
