Job Description

Our client, a well-established organization, is seeking a Case Manager to join their team! This role will be remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client interviews and assessments to determine needs and program eligibility
  • Review and verify client information and supporting documentation
  • Provide assistance and connect clients with appropriate resources
  • Communicate clearly and professionally through written and verbal channels
  • Maintain accurate case records and ensure confidentiality of client information
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate services
  • Support training and onboarding of new team members as needed
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and client satisfaction
  • Additional duties as assigned

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; advanced degree a plus
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in case management, social services, or a related field
  • Experience in a nonprofit or client services environment preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
