The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) team is seeking a **Commercial Satellite Systems Test Program Integrator** to join the team in **El Segundo, CA** . **Position Responsibilities Include:** + Manage test program work statement, commitments, and performance including scope, cost, schedules, implementation of the test requirements and their design solutions, and safe operations during all phases of the test program, and Test overall performance to plan metrics. + Help lead the strategy / plan for test architecture to satisfy program requirements + Help lead the strategy / plan for realizing a lean and efficient component qualification test capability (for all Commercial/Proprietary Satellite Systems programs assigned) + Lead successful approach for integration and test across all program efforts: + Enable early engagement and test planning with business partners + Enable common, re-usable qualification and production test methods + Drive commonality for commercial satellite systems where possible + Assign authority and responsibilities to employees to execute the plan. Reviewing execution plans, making appropriate adjustments, and resolving issues. Developing and monitoring appropriate metrics to ensure performance to plan + Lead efforts to ensure an integrated, optimized test capital and assets management plans with Test Capabilities for program. + Partner with lab test and engineering capability leaders within Test and with Boeing program managers, suppliers and customers to execute test programs and meet commitments. + Active in support of a culture wherein Safety and Quality concerns are identified, assessed and actively managed as one element in the conduct of daily business. + Guide test program work statement, commitments, and performance including scope, cost, schedules, implementation of the test and evaluation requirements and their design solutions, safe operations during all phases of the test program and BT&E's overall performance to plan + The BT&E Commercial Satellite Systems TPM shall use/implement Analytics to drive overall improvement across the PTLC (Product Test Life Cycle) **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** + Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science + 5+ years of experience managing projects across cost, schedule, quality, and technical + Experience leading or managing cross-functional or cross-organizational teams within engineering and/or test **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** + Experience in Lab Management + Experience supporting projects or programs utilizing Earned Value management and Risk, Issues and Opportunity (RIO) management to drive program performance + Experience in Test Management + Earned Value Management experience + Experience working across multiple programs + Experience in a role requiring strategic planning (project/program management) + Strong leadership performance managing employees across multiple engineering disciplines + Experience working, networking & teaming with industry partners & business partners + Knowledgeable in Program Management Best Practices + Knowledgeable in finance, scheduling and quality data harvesting and integration **Drug Free Workplace:** Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies _._ **Pay & Benefits:** At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
