Job Duties

A General Construction Laborer position is available, with a focus on water and fire damage repair. This role involves assisting with various tasks across different construction sites, maintaining a safe and organized work environment, and supporting successful project completion.

· Assist with site prep

· Operate basic tools and machinery

· Load, unload, and move materials as directed

· Keep the worksite clean and safe

· Follow supervisor's instructions

· Perform physical labor, including heavy lifting

· Work outdoors in all weather

· Maintain strong work ethic and safety focus

· Have reliable transportation

· Pay close attention to detail

· Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting

· Be dependable and punctual

· High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training a plus

· Valid driver's license with clean driving record

· Minimum age: 18

· Able to stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs

· Comfortable with ladders and working at heights

· Positive attitude and strong work ethic

· Capable of working independently or in a team

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Background check required
