WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A DESIGN SALES CONSULTANT

You will be responsible to meet and exceed your KPIs and targets. You will generate leads, effectively manage them to close, and provide excellent customer service.

• On a daily schedule, Sales Consultants run 2 to 3 in-home client consultations per day.
• In-home Consultations consist of finding solutions, educating, and advising by matching clients' pain points to our products. Take the measurements and provide quotes. Close sale and process order.
• Source and screen new leads (we supplement these with inbound leads).
• Qualify the leads and set appointments.
• Continue communicating with the client and other team members during and after the sale.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
• Continue learning and training on related products, marketing, and technologies.

This is a Full-time position from our Coral Springs Office, covering a 25-mile radius of Coral Springs, Florida & surrounding areas.

YOU'RE THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IF YOU HAVE

• Experience in Sales Excellence: With 2-3 years of generating and closing your own leads, you have a proven track record of surpassing sales and commission targets.
• Specialized Knowledge: Preference for those with a background in window treatment sales, though not mandatory.
• Communication Mastery: Your exceptional written and oral communication skills, paired with outstanding listening and customer service abilities, set you apart.
• Design Ingenuity: Creative prowess to craft compelling design proposals.
• Tech-Savvy: Adept at leveraging CRM and sales tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Relationship Building: A proven strength in forging and maintaining strong relationships.
• Valid FL Driver’s License: A clean background record to seamlessly navigate our vibrant market.
