**Summary:**
**The Director, Project Management serves as a strategic advisor and right hand to the VP of Ad Technology & Operations, driving operational efficiency, cross-functional alignment, and execution of key initiatives. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and discreet professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can manage complex projects, communications, and relationships with finesse.**
**Responsibilities:**
**Partner with the leadership team to define and track strategic priorities, OKRs, and initiatives.**
**Lead and manage special projects and cross-functional efforts from conception to completion.**
**Streamline internal processes and ensure effective communication and coordination across departments.**
**Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and briefings.**
**Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board to the VP, Ad Technology & Operations.**
**Manage the VP's priorities and follow-ups to ensure optimal time management.**
**Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.**
**Represent the executive in meetings and communications when appropriate.**
**Mentor and guide junior staff or project teams as needed.**
**Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.**
**Qualifications:**
**Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.**
**7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or program management roles.**
**Exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills.**
**Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.**
**High emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism.**
**Preferred Attributes:**
**Experience in media and ad technology.**
**Familiarity with project management tools and executive dashboards.**
**Strong writing and presentation skills.**

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $125,580.00 - $233,220.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
