Our team serves residential and commercial customers with prompt, professional dumpster deliveries, pickups, and swaps. We’re growing and looking for a dependable CDL driver to join us behind the wheel of our Freightliner M2 dumpster/roll-off truck .
Position: CDL Truck Driver — Dumpster/Roll-Off Service
What You’ll Do
As a key part of our operations team, you’ll:
✔ Safely operate a Freightliner M2 Hook Lift dumpster truck to deliver, swap, and pick up dumpsters at customer sites
✔ Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspection and report issues promptly
✔ Adhere to all DOT and company safety policies
✔ Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
✔ Keep accurate logs, and paperwork using our software
✔ Maintain cleanliness and care for your assigned equipment
✔Physically able to tarp loads, hook/unhook containers, and perform minor maintenance
✔Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused attitude
Qualifications
⭐ Valid Drivers License (CDL Preferred but not required)
⭐ Clean driving record
⭐ Must pass background check and drug screening
⭐ Prior truck driving or roll-off experience preferred but not required
⭐ Strong mechanical knowledge of truck systems and maintenance needs
⭐ Strong work ethic, punctuality, and professional attitude
⭐ Ability to communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
⭐ Comfortable performing physical tasks as needed to secure and place dumpsters
⭐ Candidate may qualify to take truck home
⭐ Candidate must live in Lexington or the immediate surrounding area
⭐ Familiarity with load & unload procedures specific to waste management equipment and containers a big plus
