EHS Manager with 5+ years of experience is ideal including but not limited to:

Basic technical competency to deal with local, state and federal laws including OSHA and workers compensation
Hands on working knowledge of in plant training and gap analysis with front line workers
Driving improvements including implementation of company programs to ensure safety culture is fostered and sustained
Presentation skills for stakeholders including metric reports for compliance with action plans
Computer literate – prefer LIMS but general safety programs to capture near misses, flash reports etc. – Microsoft office (PPT, Word, etc.)
SME for all things safety to assist with working closely with Plant Manager, Regional Managers and other stakeholders.
