Job Overview:
We are searching for a motivated and organized Entry-Level Event Coordinator to join our Cleveland team at VisAvis Co. In this role, you’ll assist with planning, coordinating, and executing in-person events, ensuring every detail runs smoothly and guests have an exceptional experience.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events, trade shows, pop-ups, and local activations.
* Help manage event logistics: venue setup, materials, catering, transportation, and staffing.
* Support event check-in, registration, and guest services on-site.
* Track event supplies, inventory, and equipment; ensure everything is ready for each event.
* Maintain detailed records of event plans, timelines, and budgets.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all event needs are met.
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, hands-on environments.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Reliable, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about delivering excellent event experiences.
