Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of events from conception to completion.
• Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
• Manage event registration and communication with attendees.
• Provide on-site support during events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.
• Create and maintain event schedules and timelines.
• Assist with budget tracking and invoicing for events.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by events.
