Entry-Level Honda Sales Consultant – Paid Training & Career Growth Route 128 Honda is seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Honda Sales Consultants. Located in Reading, MA, this full-time role offers paid weekly compensation ranging from $75,000.00 - $190,000.00 annually. No prior sales experience is needed as we provide comprehensive paid training, ongoing mentorship, and a clear path for career advancement within one of New England’s top Honda dealerships. Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in selecting a vehicle that fits their needs
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Present financing options and guide customers through the buying process
Stay knowledgeable about Honda products, features, and promotions
Collaborate closely with finance and service departments to ensure excellent customer satisfaction

Requirements
