We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Medical Reimbursement Assistant to join New Paradigm Staffing , a growing healthcare staffing agency supporting remote billing and reimbursement operations.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with reviewing insurance payments and explanation of benefits (EOBs)
• Identify discrepancies between billed charges and reimbursements
• Contact payers when clarification or corrections are needed
• Update patient accounts with accurate payment information
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and reimbursement guidelines
