Job Summary (List Format):
- Provide application support and system build for Epic Clinical Documentation modules, including nursing, therapies, behavioral health, and long-term care.
- Collaborate with clinical end users to gather requirements, document workflows, and implement system changes.
- Perform system testing, validation, and offer end-user support during Epic builds, upgrades, and go-lives.
- Assist with Epic training and deliver at-the-elbow support to clinical documentation users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported through ServiceNow, escalating as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory documentation standards (CMS, Joint Commission, State policies).
- Work collaboratively with other Epic module teams (Orders, HIM, Identity, etc.) to ensure integrated workflows.
