Pay: $24 $55/hr (DOE/certs) Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shift; weekend availability as needed
Experience: Minimum 4 years professional technician experience (all levels considered)
Diagnose/repair Ford mechanical & electrical systems (powertrain, brakes, driveline, HVAC, steering/suspension, ADAS)
Use factory tools ( FDRS/IDS , PTS/OASIS) for first-time fixes and clean warranty docs
Perform maintenance services (fluids, tires, brakes, alignments) to OEM standards
Road-test, verify, and document findings; build accurate estimates & timelines
Keep bays organized; follow safety/quality procedures; communicate clearly with advisors/parts
4+ years dealership or high-volume shop experience (A/B/C levels welcome)
Ford/Master and/or ASE certifications strongly preferred (hybrid/EV & Power Stroke a plus)
Real diagnostic chops, scan-tool proficiency, and clean workmanship
Team-first attitude and a drive to hit hours without drama
