The Position :

We’re looking for a heart-centered, intrapreneur coach.

Intrapreneurship is the act of behaving like an entrepreneur while working within an organization.

Someone entrepreneur minded, who believes in going further together than alone. A coach who’s smart, sharp, passionate, and talented with a great attitude and a tremendous spirit of resourcefulness.

As a Functional Health Coach you will learn the methods and protocols to help with deeper health building for our clients and building health from the inside out while using fitness methods to help our midlife women clients drop fat and build muscle.

This role will start out part time with the ability to take on 1:1 coaching clients and build a full roster in the future.

Requirements:

• Ability to work within a dynamic team environment.
• Willingness to collaborate, and when encountered with an obstacle, able to find a way around, through, over it, under it.
• Ability to attend weekly meetings, and produce educational content for current clients, and marketing efforts.
• Preferred, But Not Required: Understanding how to program macros for fat loss, muscle gain, etc.
• Required: Fitness programming experience, coach progressive overload
• Required: Functional nutrition certification with ability to interpret functional labs - GIMAP, HTMA, DUTCH or SHP

Responsibilities:

• Managing clients via our online systems
• Supporting clients through 1-1 and group communication, answering questions, and building strong connections and relationships.
• Willingness to step in and assist the team of coaches with client issues, on an as-needed basis.
• Attend weekly culture meetings.
• Consistently meeting company standards, culture requirements, and performance KPIs.
• Maintain at least a 30% retention rate for current clients.
