We have a 17 acre hobby and cattle farm, specializing in grass fed Angus. We have a caretaker position available which requires a self-motivated, mature worker with checkable references and a solid working history. Must have transportation, a valid driving license, no criminal record, have government issued ID, and be legally allowed to work in the United States. Ideally, you will have a long work history in this field or have grown up on a farm. We only raise a few head and willingly co-op and share a portion of the yearly meat harvest which we process from the farm with our worker.
Spring through fall will generally require the successful applicant to work 16 to 28 hours per month: winter hours, up to 16 hours per month. The times, days and monthly hours will be completely flexible as long as the needs are met. Wages will depend upon experience.
