****General Laborer - WEEKLY PAY - $20!**** **Join a leading concrete industry company specializing in precast concrete for large construction projects. As a General Laborer, you will be actively involved in producing various concrete elements such as columns and panel beds. Your role will include bending and leaning over throughout the day, pulling and tying rebar, setting forms, and assisting with cleaning as necessary.** **Location: Lincoln, NE** **Pay: $20** **Hours: 5:30AM - 2:30PM // Monday through Friday** **Responsibilities** + Lean over and bend throughout the day during concrete production activities. + Produce concrete elements including columns and panel beds. + Pull and tie rebar to reinforce concrete structures. + Set forms for concrete pours. + Assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed. **Skills** + Experience in construction, landscaping, and concrete industries. + Proficiency in rebar tying and concrete slab finishing. + Ability to handle building materials and operate hand and power tools. + Capability to lift 70 lbs consistently and stand for 10 hours per day. + Minimum of 6 months experience in a hot and heavy work environment. + 1 year of work experience in construction. + 1 year of experience in residential or commercial concrete work. + 6+ months of experience in rebar tying and form setting. + Background in farming or mechanical work is advantageous. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy year-round employment without layoffs during the winter, as the company actively works ahead on potential projects.
