Your New Role

As an HVAC Technician in Southampton, PA , you’ll serve customers within a 20-mile radius, including the areas of Camden and Bensalem , diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating and cooling systems. You’ll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems. Whether it’s a quick tune-up or a complex repair, you’ll take pride in doing the job right the first time. Never sell anything to a customer they don’t want or need.

• Diagnose HVAC issues with precision, both mechanical and electrical

• Perform system tune-ups, inspections, and maintenance checks

• Recommend honest, clear solutions to customers

• Replace and install components to manufacturer and code standards

• Keep detailed service records and time logs

• Maintain a clean, organized work van and tool inventory

• Be ready to jump in on an emergency call when it’s your turn in the rotation

• 6–10 years of hands-on HVAC service experience

• EPA Certification required

• OSHA Certification preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Clean, professional appearance and communication

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

• Ability to work rotating Saturdays and participate in on-call duty
