Description
Our team is looking to add experienced, outgoing interior design professionals to our team. We have a long history of successful projects and repeat clientele in various market sectors. We excel through inter-disciplinary collaboration in a relaxed, productive environment allowing team members to excel using their expertise and talents.
Responsibilities
Attend client, planning and construction meetings
Coordinate with project Architect, Manager, Director and outside project consultants
Perform full extents of design process tasks inclusive of construction administration
Selection of interior finishes, furnishings, artwork and interior signage
Lead presentations and communicate design concepts using appropriate software
Prepare FF&E budgets, purchasing packages and presentation materials
Coordinate vendor and installation meetings
Cultivate and market new clients while maintaining existing client relationships
Works with a senior-level designer on more complex projects.
Occasional travel required
Required Skills
Interior Design Degree from Accredited University (required)
NCIDQ (required)
3-5 years' experience
Proficient in REVIT, Bluebeam, 3D software, Adobe suite and MS Office
Self-motivated team player with good organization and communication skills
