As a Janitorial Cleaner at Foxtrot Aviation, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient environment for our staff and customers. You will be responsible for ensuring that all cleaning tasks meet the high standards of quality expected by our organization. This position requires strong communication skills, adherence to safety policies, and a commitment to teamwork. 

Weekends 7:00 am - 3:00 pm .  Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday and Thursdays 

Applicants are asked to have open flexible availability including weekends. Position is based out of the Tucson International Airport (TUS) 

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning Duties: Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces, restrooms, and common areas.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all internal and customer safety policies. Report any hazards, injuries, or concerns promptly to supervisors.
• Communication: Effectively communicate scheduling needs to your supervisor and maintain open lines of communication with co-workers, supervisors, and on-site management.
• Attendance: Follow Foxtrot handbook policy 605 on attendance, ensuring consistent and reliable presence at work.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all cleaning tasks consistently meet the quality expectations of the station, taking pride in your work.
• Time Management: Verify hours worked before the end of each payroll cycle to ensure accurate compensation.
• Training Compliance: Complete all required training as mandated by Foxtrot Aviation to stay updated on best practices and safety procedures.
• Team Collaboration: Cooperate with team members and supervisors to understand priorities, timelines, and daily goals, contributing to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in janitorial or custodial services preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to follow directions and adhere to safety protocols.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Basic understanding of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Pay: 16.50 Per Hour

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a 10 year background check and obtain airport badging.
• Must be able to pass a drug test (this includes the recreational use of Marijuana)
• Possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
• Capable of bending, twisting, lifting and using machinery such as buffers for extended periods of time.
• Perform general manual labor.
  
• Open availability and flexibility with scheduling.
• Veterans must provide the form DD214 of discharge information if applicable.
