Job Description

Pay Range: Hire $22.35, 6 months $22.92, 1 year $23.87 **Job Responsibilities** 1. Assist new employees 2. Continue work hardening and all other training necessary to prepare the trainee for positions in the Scale Link & Patty Area 3. Assist supervisor in following and documenting a training program 4. Learn to operate all machines and scales in department 5. Provide new employees with exemplary work behavior including attendance, safety and personal hygiene 6. Administer directions for the proper care and use of PPE's 7. Communicate to the supervisor as to the progress of the employees 8. Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities as required 9. Help with area coverage in the absence of the supervisor 10.
