Receptionist / Administrative Assistant with a warm, outgoing personality and a passion for learning. No experience? No problem! We provide full training to help you shine.
What You’ll Do :
- Welcome patients with kindness, manage the waiting room, and coordinate care for a seamless experience.
- Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments using our clinic software.
- Handle patient balances, collect co-pays, and verify insurance.
- Explain office policies clearly and compassionately.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking with a smile.
Who We’re Looking For :

- Extra Awesome: Fluency in Spanish, Ukrainian/Russian, Arabic, or Punjabi is a big plus, reflecting our diverse community. Credentials like MAA or MA are also welcome but not required.
