About Milevista
Milevista is a creative agency that helps brands connect with their audiences through memorable events and experiences. We are looking for a Junior Event Coordinator to assist our events team in planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of client and company events.

Job Summary
The Junior Event Coordinator will provide hands-on support throughout all stages of event planning and production. This position is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about bringing creative event concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and staff to ensure smooth event operations

  • Help prepare event materials, signage, and supplies

  • Support team members with administrative and project-related tasks

  • Track event budgets, invoices, and payments

  • Maintain event timelines, contact lists, and reports

  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs efficiently

  • Conduct post-event follow-ups and assist in compiling event summaries and evaluations

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
