Milevista is a creative agency that helps brands connect with their audiences through memorable events and experiences. We are looking for a Junior Event Coordinator to assist our events team in planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of client and company events.
Job Summary
The Junior Event Coordinator will provide hands-on support throughout all stages of event planning and production. This position is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about bringing creative event concepts to life.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and staff to ensure smooth event operations
Help prepare event materials, signage, and supplies
Support team members with administrative and project-related tasks
Track event budgets, invoices, and payments
Maintain event timelines, contact lists, and reports
Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs efficiently
Conduct post-event follow-ups and assist in compiling event summaries and evaluations
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
