Landscape Architect/Designer **Interviewing ASAP!!** Hours: Hiring for first shift! Must be flexible to work Monday-Friday **Hybrid flexibility- must be willing to drive to Rochester Hills, MI** Must haves: + Completed Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or Civil Engineering degree + Proficiency in: AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). + 5 plus years of experience preparing schematic design, design development, and construction documents for various site development projects + Working knowledge of landscape and native plants in the Midwest region + Experience in one or more of these areas: Government, schools, housing development, land development, Parks and Recreation planning , or other types of planning + Must have experience in grading Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Detroit, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
