Our laundry attendants perform a variety of duties, including washing, ironing, pressing, and folding linens. • Place all laundry in the washer and add the cleaning agents as directed
• Look at all of your linens and treat any stains that you find
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are in stock and indicate any shortages to the general manager
• Remove garments and lines after each wash cycle and dry according to specific manufacturer instructions
• Monitor all laundry equipment and notify the facilities manager of any maintenance requirements

Qualifications:

• Graduated high school, received GED or equivalent
• Experience with a variety of commercial cleaning products and techniques
• Must be able to lift 20 pounds on a consistent basis
• Impeccable work ethic and excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• 1 or more year as a laundry attendant, housekeeper or a similar role is strongly desired
