Job Description

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides evidence-based psychotherapy, including individual, group, and family counseling, to a diverse patient population in an office setting.

• Conducts assessments, diagnoses, and develops treatment and self-management plans.
• Collaborates with primary care teams and external partners to improve patient outcomes.
• Offers crisis intervention, behavioral health education, and referrals as needed.
• Maintains documentation in electronic health records and participates in team meetings, supervision, and quality improvement initiatives.

The role requires a master’s degree in social work or related fields, preferably with 2+ years of experience, and a clinical license.

It is a part-time, in-person position with benefits, offering a flexible schedule and a pay rate of $28-$38/hour.

Work involves cultural competence, confidentiality, and adherence to operational standards, with some regional travel involved.
