Job Description
• Make a six-figure income in your first full year as a licensed agent! No industry experience in real estate is preferred. • We guarantee you will EARN AT LEAST $100,000 OR WE WILL PAY YOU THE DIFFERENCE! We put this in writing. • Our agents average $250,000+ in income. • We provide qualified appointments, NOT leads, and sell 3X our closest competitor.
Responsibilities:
• Follow up on all appointments in a timely manner.
• Uncover the priorities of the buyers & locate homes matching their needs & wants, & show them the homes.
• Be a trusted advisor and use a consultative, servant-leader approach.
Qualifications:
• Provide exceptional customer experiences through amazing service.
