Responsibilities:
- Determine appropriate tests and procedures for diagnosing kidney-related conditions.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with kidney diseases.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment regimens.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Document patient information, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately.
- Stay updated on advancements in Nephrology and incorporate best practices into patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding diagnoses and treatment options.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in medical practice.
Requirements:
- Medical degree with a specialization in Nephrology.
- Valid medical license to practice as a Physician.
- Proven experience in diagnosing and treating kidney diseases.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced medical environment.

Schedule: 24-hour call shifts, 1 week per month
Level III trauma facility
Daily Volume: 3-9 consults
4-bed inpatient dialysis unit
CRRT available, plasmapheresis as needed
Support Staff: RNs
EMR: Cerner
Must be board-certified or board-eligible
