Marketing Coordinator About the Job Company Overview We are a membership-based and hospitality-driven outdoor sporting club located in Dripping Springs, and currently expanding to Horseshoe Bay, offering a high-end country club experience centered around shooting sports, fishing, outdoor skills, and a strong social events program. As we grow our operations and elevate our brand presence, we’re looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Coordinator to help us stay on-schedule with our goals, organized, and on-brand at all touch points. Job Summary Reporting to the Director of Marketing and working in close coordination with the Social Media Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of the overall marketing strategy, including marketing campaigns & advertising, membership sales & retention, event planning, and project management. You’ll be the glue that holds together creative timelines, publishing schedules, and messaging—while keeping a sharp eye on aesthetics, voice, and detail. Applicants must be creative, design-savvy, digitally fluent, and excited to work with a tight knit team in an energetic, outdoor-driven environment. You’ll assist in project management and coordination, but also bring tactical skills in content scheduling, design, web edits, and AI-powered workflows.
