Night Shift Differential: $2.50/hour
Hours: 9:00p - 7:00a, 4 days/week, 2 weekends/month

SUMMARY OF POSITION: Performs and reports various analyses of multiple specimen sources. Performs duties to provide the highest level of patient care and maximize patient satisfaction. Meets the qualifications to provide care for patients in the specific age range on their assigned clinical area.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
- Bachelor's degree in a chemical, biological, clinical or medical laboratory science, or medical technology from an accredited institution.
- Must show proof of eligibility for the ASCP, ASCPi, AMT or equivalent board certification exam, upon hire.
- Must be Medical Laboratory Scientist or Medical Technologist certified within 18 months of hire.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
- Strong knowledge of blood bank testing procedures, methodologies, and best practices.
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory guidelines and quality control standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
