Here’s What You’ll Get at CENTURY 21 Curran Oberski: We supply agents with high-quality leads, so cold calling isn’t required. You’ll spend your time on real conversations, not chasing contacts. You’ll have access to effective marketing tools and ongoing support from coaches and team leaders. There’s full-time admin support and a dedicated transaction coordination staff to help you manage your deals efficiently. New agents benefit from structured training that sets a clear path forward. You won’t be buried in paperwork. Our back-office team handles the details, freeing you up to focus on sales. Ongoing mentoring is part of the process. You’ll work with leadership who are focused on helping you succeed quickly.

Your Role as a Real Estate Sales Agent: Keep in regular contact with clients and stay top of mind. Build relationships that create repeat business and new referrals. Meet with buyers and sellers to understand their goals and match them with the right homes. Run open houses that present listings at their best. Manage deals from start to finish, making the process smooth for clients. Look for new business opportunities and bring in fresh leads. Know your market well so you can answer client questions confidently.
What You’ll Need: Clear communication and people skills. Comfort using technology in your daily work. Strong time management and follow-through. Drive to meet goals and improve. Must have an active Real Estate License.
