Overview

We are seeking a strong Oracle functional resource to support the redesign, documentation, and stabilization of our U.S. Warehouse Operations. This role will work primarily within the Oracle Inventory module (with only light WOMS exposure) and will play a critical part in unraveling current process gaps, documenting business logic, and supporting configuration improvements across multiple global sites (U.S., Mexico, Malaysia).

This role requires someone who can partner with business users, hold third-party partners accountable , and take extreme ownership of problem-solving, documentation, and driving clarity in a currently unclear process landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Business Process Analysis & Documentation

• Deeply understand the current inventory workflows-particularly where WOMS interacts-but deep WOMS expertise is NOT required .
• Document end-to-end business processes, decision logic, and system behavior
• Capture the logic and functional flow at the end of each process, where the team is currently lacking clarity.

System Configuration & Issue Resolution

• Understand how the Oracle Inventory module is configured and ensure configurations are well-documented.
• Identify defects, enter findings, and partner with PWC to resolve issues and "catch defects" in real time.
• Support system troubleshooting, regression validation, and improvement of U.S. logistics processes

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Serve as a bridge between business teams, vendors, internal SMEs, and leadership.
• Hold PWC accountable for deliverables, timelines, and accuracy of work.
• Work closely with internal leaders drive a culture of ownership and solution-focused communication.

Global Engagement (Light Travel)

• Expected to partner with teams in Pittsburgh, Mexico, and Malaysia; onsite visits may be beneficial but are not critical .
• Understand how U.S. processes connect to global logistics and Oracle Fusion Cloud environments.

REQUIRED SKILLS
Required Skills & Experience

• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Inventory within Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Experience with logistics processes involving 3PL/3rd-party logistics providers .
• Ability to document business processes, functional logic, and system interactions in clear, structured formats.
• Functional understanding of OTM or integration points with shipping carriers is a strong plus.
• Experience working with consulting partners (e.g., PWC) and holding them accountable.
• Strong communication skills; able to influence internal and external teams.
• A personality that fits a rapidly evolving environment-you can point to issues, own outcomes, and drive solutions.
