Overnight Hotel Front Desk Supervisor Location Kittanning, PA :

Job Summary

Wingate Kittanning is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. The Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing the front desk during overnight hours, ensuring the accuracy of all financial transactions, and providing excellent service to guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform nightly audit of all financial transactions to ensure accuracy.
• Reconcile guest accounts and process payments.
• Generate and review daily financial reports.
• Ensure all hotel systems and reports are functioning correctly.
• Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, assisting with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries.
• Answer phone calls and handle guest requests.
• Handle any guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure the hotel is secure overnight, including monitoring building access and following safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and set up breakfast items

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or accounting is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with hotel property management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 27 - 40 per week
