Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team in Pennsburg . Candidates should ideally live within a 10-20 mile radius and be able to reliably commute to the job. We have early morning shifts available with a starting time of 4am. This position provides 4-5 hours daily Monday-Friday. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial settings, including offices and classrooms.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming as needed.
• Execute custodial duties such as dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and emptying trash receptacles.
• Conduct thorough cleaning of restrooms to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols.
• Working independently and efficiently to complete the job daily.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must have a clean criminal background due to where the positions are located.
• A proactive approach to identifying areas that require attention or improvement in cleanliness.
