Job Title: Program Manager – eDiscoveryDuration: 12+ Months contract with extensionLocation: Sunnyvale, CA Or Austin, TX (Onsite on every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)Role Summary:We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in eDiscovery and legal technology to lead complex programs and initiatives across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end eDiscovery processes, vendor relationships, and cross-functional projects while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage eDiscovery programs and projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Partner with legal, IT, compliance, and business teams to define program objectives, requirements, and success metrics.
- Oversee the end-to-end eDiscovery lifecycle, including data preservation, collection, processing, review, and production.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure efficient and compliant eDiscovery operations.
- Develop and maintain program documentation, status reports, risk assessments, and executive-level presentations.
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices to optimize eDiscovery workflows and reduce risk.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and corporate policies, including data privacy and security requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for eDiscovery tools, technology, and trends.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Legal Studies, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager in eDiscovery, legal operations, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of eDiscovery processes, tools, and technology platforms (e.g., Relativity, Clearwell, Exterro).
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills:- Experience in corporate legal departments or law firms.
- Understanding of compliance, privacy, and data governance frameworks.
- Experience with litigation support and regulatory investigations.

Pay Range: $70/hr. to $80/hr. The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
