Duties What you'll actually do:
· Help customers explore flooring options in our beautiful showroom
· Use cutting-edge technology including iPads and interactive touch screens
· Learn to design solutions using room visualizer technology
· Provide expert consultation on flooring choices for homes and businesses
· Build relationships with customers through honest, helpful service
· Follow our proven sales process that customers love
· Participate in comprehensive training program with ongoing mentoring
· Work with interior designers, contractors, and homeowners
· Maintain showroom appearance and product displays
· Develop expertise in carpet, hardwood, LVP, tile, and specialty products
This is consultative selling in a professional environment, not high-pressure tactics in a warehouse setting.
Requirements What we're looking for in personality and character:

· Previous customer service experience valued but not mandatory
