A Hospitalist team in Western Illinois has recently transitioned to a hospital-employed group and is actively interviewing for Nocturnist Hospitalists to join their team.

About the Opportunity

• Located in West-Central IL
• 330-bed, Level II Trauma Center with excellent sub-specialty backup
• 7 on / 7 off Schedule Nocturnist 7P-7A with Paid Time Off 
• 3 weeks PTO, so only working 23 weeks
• $363,000 annual compensation PLUS a 10% base quality bonus
• $150-300K educational debt forgiveness  loan will be considered with proof of outstanding educational debt
• 50K sign-on , employed with full benefits
• Extra Shift Compensation – for shifts worked over the monthly minimum (14)
• Procedures – not required, but if you are proficient, you can request privileges to do so
