Job Description

We’re seeking a detail-driven, people-positive Transaction Coordinator to join our boutique real estate brokerage. Our last coordinator held the position for almost eight years before retiring; we take pride in building long-term relationships with the right people. You’ll be the backbone of our closing process, supporting our agents and clients from contract to close with precision, communication, and care. This role is best suited for someone who loves structure, thrives under deadlines, and genuinely enjoys making things run smoothly for others. If you get easily overwhelmed, dislike structure, or prefer to fly under the radar, then this won’t be the place for you. Responsibilities:

  • Manage all contract-to-close paperwork and deadlines for multiple transactions
  • Communicate clearly with agents, clients, lenders, and title companies
  • Track milestones, organize files, and ensure compliance with brokerage and state requirements
  • Keep our systems updated and accurate
Qualifications:
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service
  • Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred
  • Obtained real estate license or are currently pursuing
  • High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
  • Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly
  • A naturally upbeat, positive person who focuses on solutions over problems
  • Someone who values accuracy, consistency, and integrity
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator
  • Comfortable interacting with clients and agents daily
