Roofing Sales Representative (Door-to-Door) | $80K–$160K+ 
Location: St. Charles, MO & Surrounding Areas
Job Type: Full-Time | Field Based
Compensation: 36K Base Draw + Uncapped Commission!  On-Target Earnings are 120K

We’re hiring Door-to-Door Roofing Sales Representatives to join our high-energy, fast-growing team in the St. Charles area. No experience? No problem. We’ll train you in everything — from roofing to exteriors to our proven sales system.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

• 👋 Knock with Confidence – Introduce our services, connect with homeowners
• 🔍 Identify Needs – Evaluate roofing/exterior concerns and offer solutions
• 📝 Follow Up & Close Deals – Use our proven sales system to sign jobs
• 📲 Stay Organized – Track your leads and manage contacts through our CRM
