What You’ll Do
As the Safety Officer, Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a secure environment across our venue. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing safety protocols to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Conducting regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and address potential hazards.
- Leading and training staff on safety procedures, emergency response plans, and best practices.
- Monitoring security operations and coordinating with external agencies, if necessary.
- Investigating incidents and preparing detailed reports to ensure proper follow-up and resolution.
- Staying up-to-date with safety regulations and recommending improvements to enhance overall safety.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in safety management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, protocols, and risk management practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify potential risks and implement preventive measures.
- Attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
