The school maintenance Staff at our Catholic K-8 school is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that supports the school's mission and daily operations. This position performs routine cleaning and custodial duties, as well as general maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, basic plumbing and electrical work, and upkeep of classrooms, common areas, and grounds. The associate responds to maintenance requests, assists with event setup and breakdown, ensures compliance with health and safety standards, and models respect and care for the school community in keeping with Catholic values. The typical schedule is 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with flexibility as needed to support school activities and special events.
