This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager, eDiscovery Client Services (PST Hours) in United States.
In this role, you will lead complex eDiscovery projects, ensuring seamless delivery across all phases of the process while optimizing cost efficiency, speed, and quality. You will advise clients on best practices, define project strategies, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet demanding timelines. Operating in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, you will manage budgets, guide internal workflows, and elevate the performance of team members through mentorship and training. This position requires strong technical expertise, exemplary communication skills, and the ability to navigate competing priorities with professionalism and precision.
Accountabilities:
· Respond to client requests, define project scope, and oversee the execution and delivery of eDiscovery solutions aligned with industry standards and internal guidelines.
· Provide expert consultation on workflows, technology use, and best practices to reduce costs, accelerate timelines, and enhance output quality.
· Train and mentor team members on eDiscovery methodologies, tools, and processes.
· Create work orders and initiate tasks related to data processing, document review, and production.
· Communicate deadlines, expectations, and project requirements clearly to internal pod members and external partners.
· Manage budgets, track project progression, and ensure transparent communication across stakeholders.
· Serve as an escalation point for workflow, documentation, and process-related questions, maintaining consistency and efficiency across engagement teams.
· Adapt to fluctuating workloads, evolving client needs, and occasional after-hours responsibilities.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or JD preferred, or equivalent experience.
· 6+ years of experience, including at least four years in eDiscovery project management.
· Experience in law firms, law departments, legal consulting, or eDiscovery service providers.
· Relativity expertise required.
· Strong knowledge of eDiscovery workflows and tools, with the ability to design technology-driven solutions that improve quality and reduce cost.
· Excellent communication skills for drafting instructions, identifying issues, and resolving conflicts with internal and external stakeholders.
· Proven project management capabilities, able to handle competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with flexibility to adjust to shifting demands.
· Comfort working in a professional, computer-based environment, including occasional on-call or after-hours work.

· Salary range: $118,000 to $166,800 annually, depending on experience and location.
