MUST HAVE A CLEAN BACKGROUND, DRIVING RECORD AND BE INSURABLE/NO INFRACTIONS (A DMV report will be required during compliance).

The Courier/Sterile Processing Aide supports the safe, timely, and accurate flow of medical instruments, supplies, equipment, and patient-care materials throughout and between the BHS hospital campuses.

This role combines essential functions of a medical courier, materials handler, and non-certified sterile processing technician.

Responsibilities include transport of products, inventory control, receiving, supply/instrument stocking, instrument/equipment delivery, case cart system assembly support, and storage/distribution per department, manufacturer, and regulatory guidelines

• 1 year experience as SPT/CSRT Aide [required]
• MUST HAVE CLEAN DRIVING RECORD [REQUIRED]
• MUST BE INSURABLE AS A DRIVER [REQUIRED]
• Previous travel experience [preferred]
• Per client, courier position would be roughly 60%, working in Sterile Processing, 40%
• Traveler must have their own vehicle, though deliveries will take place in a BMC vehicle
• Perm address must be included in profile
• Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer
