Floating policy: Floats to like MST units (D1, F2). Float pool then Travelers generally float first. Patient Experience requirements: Participation in daily MDRs on day shift Mon-Fri @ 1030-11/1115. Work with team for promotion of patient care excellence Hiring profile Must have: Med/Surg Telemetry skillset- head to toe assessment; orthopedic care knowledge; IV medication administration including management of Lasix drip, heparin drip, IVP metoprolol diltiazem and insulin IV or subQ; wound care including drain management and vacs; NGT/G tube care and parenteral nutrition; central line management- PICC/HD catheter/midlines; foley/nephrostomy/suprapubic catheter care; ostomy care; postoperative patient care.
