Roles & Responsibilities
- Process customer orders by scanning barcodes, labeling boxes, picking products, and preparing shipments.
- Palletize and re-palletize products for shipment.
- Operate ground/manual manifest stations and dock manifest duties such as scanning pallets and running shrink wrappers.
- Transport pallets using material handling equipment.
- Ensure tasks are completed according to departmental standards and procedures.
- Maintain work area per Quality System Regulations (QSR) and follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Adhere to safety standards and operating practices to prevent injuries.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Experience Required
- No specific experience required, but experience in warehouse or distribution environments is beneficial.
- Familiarity with material handling equipment, RF scanners, and electric pallet jacks is a plus.
Skills & Certifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment.
- Basic math, analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- General knowledge of distribution, QSR, and computer operations.
- Effective communication and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Ability to read and interpret distribution documents and operate in a metrics-driven environment.
Eligibilities & qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment and RF scanners.
