Position: Weekend Receptionist
Location: Lakeland, FL
Shift: Part-Time | Saturdays & Sundays, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

We are currently seeking a friendly, dependable Weekend Receptionist to join our team and serve as the welcoming face of our facility.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls and taking accurate messages
Monitor and manage the flow of visitors, consultants, staff, and vendors entering and exiting the facility
Perform clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and faxing
Sort, organize, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clerical or administrative position (required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented demeanor
Reliable and punctual, with the ability to manage time effectively during busy weekends
A positive team player who enjoys helping others
