About The Role

As a Bilingual Contact Center Representative , you will play a vital role in guiding contractors through the enrollment process, helping them move quickly and smoothly from start to finish. You'll be the friendly voice assisting contractors with their status, answering questions, and ensuring everything is on track. You’ll report updates to internal teams and clients, helping Openforce meet its goals of contractor engagement and satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Keep contractor enrollments moving forward, helping them through every step of the process
  • Provide proactive support, answer questions, and offer guidance through phone calls, emails, and chat
  • Serve as the go-to for client inquiries, ensuring top-notch service
  • Track project progress, provide regular updates, and collaborate with key partners
  • Assist with onboarding events, ensuring contractor groups are efficiently enrolled
  • Handle any client concerns and escalate issues when needed
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements to enhance efficiency

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Strong PC knowledge and familiarity with remote desktop access
  • A passion for service excellence!

Salary: $22/hour. Potential performance based spot bonus.

Hours: Full-time, non-exempt (with possible overtime during busy periods)
